Wide experience in the valuation of all types of property for Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Probate purposes.

Trained with professional firm of Chartered Surveyors in London and became Associate Partner in 1976
Moved to Alnwick, Northumberland in 1979 and became Partner of firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in Berwick, Alnwick, Morpeth and Ponteland
1996 became Director of Property for Newcastle based property company advising on mixed portfolio of properties based throughout the north east
1999/2000 moved back to Alnwick to George F White in charge of Commercial and Residential Department and became Partner in 2003.
Education
BSC in Estate Management, University of Reading
Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 1984.
Interests
Chairman of Alnwick Rugby Club, golf, gardening and travel.
President of Alnwick RFC.
