Basic Payment Scheme The Vendor will claim Basic Payment for the 2022 scheme year, therefore the Purchaser will be required to sign an indemnification that they will maintain the land in good agricultural and environmental condition and follow the rules of Basic Payment Scheme and Cross Compliance Regulations for 2022. Further to this indemnification, the Vendor will hold the Purchaser liable should the vendor be penalised for any breach of Cross Compliance. The Basic Payment Scheme Non-SDA Entitlements comprising of 45.64 Entitlements will be included in the sale of the property. The Vendor will undertake to transfer the entitlements to the Purchaser, in accordance with the regulations of the scheme, following completion of the sale; provided that the Purchaser is eligible to qualify for the Basic Payment Scheme.
