Gary’s easy manner and fair approach have engendered many a good relationship with tenants over the years, while he seeks to look after the landlord’s interests, providing property owners and investors with a complete property management service. He is an experienced landlord and tenant surveyor supervising almost all rent reviews and lease negotiations for his management clients. He is also a qualified risk assessor.
