GFW is a regional property consultancy providing expert advice to the Residential, Commercial, Development and Rural property sectors.

We operate across six offices in the Northern counties including Northumberland, County Durham and Yorkshire, however, we deliver work on a national scale, providing a scope of services wider than most national firms with a client focus and flexibility of a regional business.

We pride ourselves in the success we deliver for our clients; this wouldn’t be possible without our excellent team of over 100 experts from partners through to graduates as well as our business support team. We have evolved from a family run firm and into a corporate business due to constant innovation. This has given us the foundations to grow across all of our services as well as geographically, in turn, creating more opportunities for our team to develop their career aspirations.

Graduates & Placements

Here at George F. White we believe that our people are our biggest asset. We are actively looking for graduates and placement students as we believe we offer a dynamic work experience which does not only give the training, guiding and mentoring that you need but the recognition and confidence to succeed in your career. We are looking for fun, innovative, team players.



Apprentice opportunities are available across our business. We will recruit and provide on the job and, if necessary, off the job training. Our aim of bringing apprentices into the business is to provide a route for talent to be developed through training and mentoring. Our apprenticeships programme offers variety and innovation whilst offering individuals recognition and a great foundation for their future career.


Work Experience

George F. White supports assisting student's development of the skills and attitudes needed to succeed in the workplace.

Work experience placements provide participants with a general understanding of a work setting over a short period of time.
