Our professional RICS regulated team can carry out valuations on commercial assets and portfolios. This can be for taxation purposes, loan security, Charities Act 2011 compliance, or any other requirement our client has. We carry out detailed inspections and use local and national market knowledge along with comparable evidence to provide accurate and reliable advice.
Landlord and Tenant
By analysing documentation with an expert eye, we can advise on rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, dispute resolution and many more Landlord and Tenant matters. Property Management
We can create a bespoke property management package depending on our client’s requirements. This service can include rent and service charge collection, maintaining tenancy records, accounting, managing the day-to-day running of the property, ensuring statutory obligations are met, organising insurance, addressing any issues which may arise and ultimately optimising the value of the asset.
