Andrew oversees the professional valuation team and has a reputation for handling the most difficult and challenging valuation assignments. Andrew sat on the RICS Valuation Standards board for 11 years and is regularly appointed as an expert witness. Lead in providing strategy for protecting property interests under the shadow of compulsory purchase, formulation of effective claims and mitigation, track record of being lead Expert in valuation matters following Compulsory Purchase proceedings referred to Upper Tribunal. Andrew is also an Agricultural Mortgage Company appointed agent.

James' expertise in carrying out valuation work involving all types of commercial, residential, development and rural properties sees him undertake instructions for a wide range of clients across the Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Teesside and County Durham regions. James also plays a key role for clients in negotiating and advising on rent reviews and other related Landlord and Tenant matters. Allied to this is an increasing involvement in negotiating lease terms on behalf of property owners with network operators in relation to telecommunications mast equipment.
