We are delighted to announce our continued growth trajectory is well on track with record results from our Property Management service over the last 12 months. 

The department services both residential and commercial property following George F. White’s high-profile merger with Johnson Tucker last year. Impressive organic growth results include the number of managed units increasing significantly, rising by almost 40 per cent. 

This growth comes as the residential lettings market has experienced a strong trading period as demand remains high due to a shortage of properties, with landlords seeing higher rental returns and short void periods. The commercial market post-Covid is recovering well despite interest rate rises, with new commercial property development leading to an increase in property management instructions for George F. White. 

To support the department’s growing client base, the team which is headed up by Gary Robinson, Partner, and Donna Cheney, Senior Associate, has also grown - doubling in size over the last six months. With over 100 years combined experience within the property industry, the team of 11 manage in excess of 900 units across residential lettings properties, commercial units and block management, as well as ground rent processing of over £10m in rents annually.

Donna Cheney said: “Our service is growing rapidly thanks to the expertise and dedication of our team, in supporting clients as both the residential lettings and commercial markets have gone through a growth period. Something we are especially proud of is that this growth is all organic, with our reputation for a solid and professional service seeing landlords come to us.

“Our unique team structure has also fuelled our growth, with multiple offerings underneath one umbrella team, working for the benefit of clients. With rental and management under one roof, clients can rely fully on our team, rather than a mix of agents. This approach allows us to offer a tailored block management service, working on smaller developments where we have a personal relationship with the client. This means we can offer excellent customer service and communication, which is the biggest issue for our clients who come to us from other agents. It has been working exceptionally well and we have received four new instructions in the last month alone.”
