We are thrilled to announce that Adeline Rutherford and Jamie Oliver have been promoted to Associate. Both Adeline and Jamie work within our Rural team and are based in our Alnwick office.

Adeline joined George F. White in 2014 from a rural background and having attended Harper Adams University; she lives on a working farm in which she is actively involved. She is a Chartered Rural Surveyor, covering a wide variety of work but with a concentration on valuation and sales. Her in-depth knowledge of rural businesses allows her to create additional value for the clients as she adapts her expertise to problem solve.
Having been self-employed in the farming industry for many years, Jamie has good practical farming knowledge and uses this in conjunction with his rural business degree to assist farmers and rural businesses manage their assets. As a Farm Business Consultant, Jamie helps farmers and rural businesses in a variety of ways. including budgeting, cash flow management and analysis to helping these businesses realise the potential income from their holdings, whether this be from environmental schemes, grant work or diversification projects.
